Our Promise

If you are not completely satisfied with your Nourlune fragrance, we want to make it right.

14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU Customers)

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions

  • The product must be unopened and unused, with the protective seal intact.
  • Original packaging and any complimentary items must be included.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
