These terms govern your use of nourlune.com and any purchase you make from Nourlune. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products

Nourlune sells fine fragrances and curated design objects. Product descriptions, notes and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in packaging may occur between production batches.

2. Prices and currency

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include German VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully authorised. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

See our Refunds & Returns policy for full details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

6. Liability

Nourlune is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
